Steve Kornspan, owner of Senior Living Spot, first began his work with seniors as a Realtor serving them in their last home sale. By creating our Senior Concierge, a one-point-of-contact system for the senior client, he made selling their home a less stressful event. As his company grew, he developed a team to offer more services for his clients so they would be less overwhelmed in the process. His awareness of seniors as a potentially vulnerable market has inspired him to work as a state-appointed representative for the KS Attorney General Senior Consumer Protection Advisory Council. Striving to protect seniors in all their residential choices, it was only natural that our services would eventually expand to offer Senior Living Spot, our senior placement group.
