From the Ground Up — Built to Last

Real estate is my passion. I started in this business because I saw an opportunity to do things differently — to bring a professional, disciplined, process-oriented approach to buying, selling, and managing property that clients could actually rely on. Not only am I an agent, but I am also an investor, property manager, and rehabber. From foundation to roof and everything in between, there is virtually no repair or update I have not managed.

After working with top Kansas City brokerages including Coldwell Banker, Prudential, and RE/MAX, I founded Home Spot Realty to build a streamlined, client-first brokerage. That grew into managing a Century 21 franchise, then Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kansas City, and now working at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices All-Pro.

I serve on state and local real estate boards, the State Real Estate Exam Review Panel, and the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee.

Life before Real Estate

I founded successful companies specializing in scientific and process control instruments, serving industries including biotech, pharmaceutical, environmental, food, chemical, semiconductor, government, and universities — essentially measuring anything, in anything. After an acquisition, I shifted to selling consumer products to major North American retailers. Eventually, I chose to stop traveling and put down roots in Kansas City.
