Tony Drew

Helping families open the door to their next chapter.

Tony spent years renovating, rehabbing, and flipping houses before becoming a realtor. These days, he's focused on one thing: helping seniors sell the home they love so they can move into the senior community that's right for them — with their family supported every step of the way.

Where Tony's heart is today

These days, Tony's favorite work is helping seniors sell the home they've lived in for years — sometimes decades — so they can move into a senior living community that fits their next chapter. It's one of the biggest decisions a family will make, and Tony doesn't take that lightly.

His years as a contractor mean he knows exactly what a house needs before it goes on the market — and just as importantly, what it doesn't.

He can walk through a home with a family and tell them, honestly, which projects are worth doing, which aren't, and who to call to get it done right — no guessing, no upselling, no wasted weekends.
But what families remember most isn't the punch list. It's that Tony is there for the whole thing: from the first conversation about “maybe it's time,” to handing over the keys at closing, and everything in between — sorting, packing, paperwork, moving day, move-in day. Tony helps carry the load.

From tool belt to trusted guide

Year 2000
Before he ever sold a house, Tony spent decades in corporate sales. That year, he made a change — opening Handy Folks, a small home repair and remodeling company, and getting his hands dirty fixing up houses for a living.
2000-2005
That same year, Tony started investing in real estate himself: buying houses, rehabbing them, and flipping them for resale. He learned, room by room, what actually makes a house ready for the market — and what's just for show
2005
Tony met Steve Kornspan, and the two started working together. Tony would get a house repair-ready; Steve would sell it. Tony also began sending his own clients to Steve whenever they were ready to buy or sell.
2016-2018
By 2016, Steve had seen enough. He told Tony he had a real gift for walking people through the whole process — not just the renovation — and encouraged him to get his real estate license. Two years later, Tony closed Handy Folks for good and became a full-time realtor, with one goal: helping older adults navigate the big transitions in their lives.
